How sad is it when a beloved pet dies? Or even a favorite farm animal. So far we have buried two goats, countless chickens, and now we are going to bury yet another chick. Apparently, she was everybody's favorite. She was called 'Penguin,' because she almost looked like one. Just this morning we founf out she wasn't looking quite well, so instead of taking her outside with the rest of the chicks, we left her and two others in the box we were keeping them in. She seemed to get bettr for just a while, but then tonight Daddy cme out of the room and said she was dead. Because she was actually loved, and all of my younger siblings are crying for her, we are going to bury her with out in our 'Beloved Animal Grave-Yard,' where the two goats are also buried.

This is she, sweet Penguin.
And on the picture above, she is the one with a black back.
